Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) MP Chaminda Wijesiri said he has submitted his resignation from Parliament.
He submitted his resignation to Speaker Mahinda Yapa in Parliament following the formal announcement of his decision.
Meanwhile General Secretary of SJB Ranjith Madduma Bandara said that Nayana Wasalathilake is next on the list to succeed Chaminda Wijesiri.
