Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) has called on the foreign job seekers to find appropriate jobs on its website.
The SLBFE has asked the foreign job seekers to obtain all the infromation regarding the foreign recruitment agencies and the Jobs available from Bureau’s website.
The Cabinet Ministers have accepted the Proposal made by the Ministry of Public Administration last week to send the Public Sector officers on no-pay leaves for maximum of 5 years which will not affect their seniority and pensions to boost the flow of dollars into the country to tackle the Economic crisis.
The SLBFE has also urged the job seekers to consider the legitimacy of agencies before handing over money or passports to any party since the department received many complaints of fraudulent job rackets assuring high paying jobs in countries like Isreal, Japan and Korea in recent weeks.
