Shooting in Gampaha, one dead
One person has died after being shot by unknown gunmen in Batapotha, Gampaha, police said,
The victim, an owner of a hardware shop had succumbed to severe shot injuries on admission to Gampaha General Hospital.
Police are on the search for the gunmen who arrived in a motorbike. Meanwhile, another shooting was reported in Ahungalle area.
