The Ministry of Media in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Philatelic Bureau will present the “Muddara Dekma” stamp exhibition from March 22 to 24.
The exhibition will be on daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Postal Department Head Office at D.R. Wijewardene Mawatha, Colombo 10.
National and international stamps, currency notes and coins, first day covers and souvenirs will be available for purchase at the exhibition.
Customs have detected 228 mobile phones and tabs valued at over Rs 30 million left behind in the duty free shopping complex at the Banaranaike International Airport today, Customs officials said.
