Summons have been issued on 25 persons to appear before the High Court Special Trial-at-Bar which has been appointed to hear the cases related to the Easter Sunday attacks.
They have been told to appear in courts on October 4.
The special Trial-at-Bar headed by High Court judge Damith Thotawatte, comprises HC Judges Amal Ranaraja and Navaratne Marasinghe.
A request to appoint a Trial-at-Bar was made to the Chief Justice by Attorney General Sanjay Rajaratnam last month, in order to hear and determine the charges filed under the PTA including charges of conspiracy.
Among the other charges are preparation, aiding and abetting, collection of explosives and weapons, murder and attempted murder.
