Batalanda Commission report forwarded to the Attorney General Department.
The Report was tabled in Parliament recently and a day long debate held to discuss it.
The Report of the Commission to Inquiry into the Establishment and Maintenance of Unlawful Places of Detention and Torture Chambers in the Batalanda Housing Scheme was set up former President Chandrika Kumaratunga.
The Presidential Secretariat has referred the matter to the Attorney General, the President‘s Media Division said.
