Three Electoral Organisers of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya tendered their resignations.
They are former State Minister Wasantha Aluvihare, the Samagi Jana Balawegaya's Matale District Electoral Organizer, Rattota Chief Organizer Ranjith Aluvihare and Dambulla Electoral Organizer Champika Wijayaratne.
Wasantha Aluvihare said his decision was taken due to the continued hostility he has received from the top leaders of the SJB and that he will hold discussions with other party leaders in the future.
