Three persons including a seven-year-old died when the three-wheeler they were travelling in collided with a SLTB bus on the Kurunegala-Ambepussa road near Warakapola, police said.
According to police, the deceased were among five persons, all residents of Beruwala, heading home from a trip to Kekirawa. The other deceased are a 27-year-old and a 63-year-old. Warakapola police is conducting further investigation.
