Opposition dismisses Government demand for speedy debate on NCM against PM
Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa today stressed that a decision on the timing of the No-Confidence Motion (NCM) against Prime Minister and Education Minister Harini Amarasuriya is a matter for the opposition. He was responding to a statement by Chief Government Whip Nalinda Jayatissa that the government is prepared to debate the NCM against the Premier on January 22 and 23.
