Trade Minister Bandula Gunawardena is to visit Pakistan next week to gain more investments to resolve the economic crisis, a senior official of the ministry said.
Minister Gunawardena had accepted the invitation of the Pakistan trade minister. The Minister further explained that the Minister would sign a trade agreement following a meeting with the Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The Minister also has scheduled a visit to the offices of the Chamber of Commerce at Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
