Former Governor of Central Bank of Sri Lanka was barred from leaving the country on April this year.
After considering a complaint in April lodged by the former Governer of the Souther province against cabral under 6 charges criminal breach of turst by a banker and fradulent and misappropirtion of funds under securities and exchange ordinance.
Cabral had resigned from the chair on Apirl as the Cabinet ministers resigned (April).
