Two Councilors from Kandy MC arrested for accepting bribe
Two Councilors attached to the Kandy Municipal Council have been taken into custody by officials of the Bribery Commission today for accepting monetary bribe of Rs 150,000 to put up an advertising board along Kandy-Peradeniya road.
Both of them are to be produced before courts shortly.
