Two people were arrested by the Special Task Force (STF) for clearing a forest reserve belonging to the government without licence, on Sunday (October 16) in Mullativu.
On information received by the STF officers of the Mullativu camp on the evening of Sunday, they arrested two men aged 40 years and 47 years, who were engaging in clearing a forest area illegally in the Devapuram area of the Puthukkudiyiruppu police area.
