Young Russian tourist drowns in Hikka
A 29 year old Russian tourist drowned while bathing at sea off Hikkaduwa last evening, police said.
The tourist was rescued by lifeguards and rushed to the Karapitiya Teaching Hospital where he was declared dead on admission.
Hikkaduwa police is conducting further investigation.
