Acting NPC Chief Minister takes oaths

Northern Provincail Council (NPC) Agriculture Minister P. Ayngaranesan was sworn in as the Acting Chief Minister of the Northern Province in front of Northern Province Governor Reginald Cooray yesterday. 

Mr. Ayngaranesan took oaths as Chief Minister C.V. Wigneswaran is currently on a tour of Canada.
