The Attorney General has returned a further 18 incomplete Investigation files to the Acting Inspector General of Police (IGP) in respect of suspects arrested in relation to the Easter Sunday bomb attacks.
This makes the total files returned so far to 100. The AG has directed the Acting IGP to properly conclude Investigations, AG’s Coordinating Officer State Counsel Nishara Jayaratne stated.
