The hearing pertaining to the 12 Fundamental Rights petititon filed regarding the dissolution of parliament was taken up before the Supreme Court today (Nov 12).
Court proceedings were adjourned following a request forwarded by the Attorney General to provide more time for his submissions
The hearing will be taken up before a three member judge bench headed by Chief Justice Nalin Perera, tomorrow.
Accordingly, tomorrow’s hearing is set to commence at 10 am where the AG will make his submissions at that time.
