Colombo Fort Magistrate Lanka Jayaratne today refused grant bail to owner of Perpetual Treasuries Limited (PTL) Arjun Aloysius and its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Kasun Palisena.
Both suspects were ordered remanded in custody till March 2 when they were presented to the Colombo Fort Magistrate's Court today.
The duo are in remand custody in connection with the Criminal Investigation Department's (CID) investigation into the treasury bond scam.
