A further 49 COVID-19 patients linked to the Brandix cluster in Galle have been reported this afternoon (13).
According to the Government Information Department, 32 of the latest positive cases are either staff members or their close contacts who are in quarantine while 17 others are close contacts who are from outside the quarantine centres.
The latest figures take the total number of COVID-19 cases linked to the Brandix cluster to 1446.
