The Appeal Court has decided to take up the case filed by 122 MPs including Ranil Wickremesinghe claiming that Mahinda Rajapaksa and his ministers cannot continue to remain in their positions as Prime Minister and cabinet ministers respectively.
Accordingly, the case will be taken up on November 30 and December 03.
The case will be heard before a judge bench comprising Court of Appeal judge Preethi Padman Surasena and Arjuna Udayasekara
