A gang of armed men got away with an estimated Rs 30 million in cash this afternoon after robbing the house of a businessman at Kimbulapitiya, Katana in Negombo, police stated.
Five men who arrived in a car had forced their way into the businessman's house and threatened them at gunpoint, before escaping with the cash.
Investigations are underway to arrest the suspects. (PCK)
