Former Secretary to the Ministry of Defence Kapila Waidyaratne and Army Commander Lt. General Mahesh Senanayake are due to give evidence today (31) at the Parliamentary Select Committee (PSC) looking into the Easter Sunday terrorist attacks.
This is the second occasion that the Army Commander has been summoned by the PSC.
