Army officer shoots himself on duty at Army headquarters
An army officer who was on duty at the Army headquarters in Colombo has shot himself today (Aug 14).
Police said the incident had occured at around 4 am.
The deceased has been identified as a 27-year old resident of Polonnaruwa.
