Former Economic Development Minister Basil Rajapaksa was further remanded till May 27 by the Kaduwela Magistrate this morning.
Mr Rajapaksa was arrested on April 22 by the Police Financial Crimes Investigations Division under the Offences Against Public Properties Act for alleged financial fraud at the Divineguma Department.
Former Economic Development Ministry Secretary Dr. Nihal Jayathilaka and Divi Naguma Project Director R.A.A.K Ranawaka were also arrested on April 22.
