A Moratuwa University undergraduate was found dead at his boarding house in Katubedda last evening (July 11), the police said.
An investigation is underway in connection with the suspicious death of the youth, an official told local media. The deceased has been identified as a resident of Trincomalee, according to police.
His remains have been taken to the Panadura Base hospital for a post-mortem.
The death toll in the Ella bus accident has increased to 15 with 16 others injured.
