The Minister of Justice will instruct the Legal Draftsman to draft the COVID-19 Bill after a proposal for the COVID-19 (Temporary Provisions) Act was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.
The Minister of Justice cited the need to take certain temporary measures to provide legal protection to all relevant parties and persons when administration of justice in current court proceedings due to the COVID pandemic.
