Canada has released remarks via its Global Affairs Canada handle on Twitter to express "deep concern" over President Maithripala Sirisena's decision to dissolve Parliament with effect from midnight yesterday (Nov 09).
The tweet noted that the move to dissolve Parliament was"corrosive to Sri Lanka's democratic future"
