Cardinal urges for Inter-Faith councils during Negombo visit
His Eminence Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith speaking during a visit to Negombo, said he would request the government to pass a bill that would facilitate the establishment of Inter-Faith councils in each area.
The Archbishop of Colombo made known this request during a visiting to the Negombo area where a tense situation arose last evening.
