Chamal Rajapksa certifies 19th Amendment
Speaker Chamal Rajapaksa has certified the 19th Amendment to the Constitution, parliamentary officials confirmed. The delay in certifying the Bill which a passed by Parliament on April 28 was due to putting the final Act in order with the amendment made at the Committee stage debate of the bill, the officials said.
