China today (12) pledged to provide all necessary assistance to Sri Lanka to combat the Coronavirus.
China's Acting Ambassador to Sri Lanka Hu Wei gave the assurance when he met Health Minister Pavithra Wanniarachchi for a special discussion today.
The Health Ministry stated that Mr Wei appreciated the assistance given by Sri Lanka to fight the virus. He also presented a report on the measures China took to contain the virus during the past three months.
