The CID has informed the Minuwangoda Magistrate's Court that Saman Jayalath, the brother of 'Kondaya' has confessed to the killing of the five-year-old girl in Kotadeniyawa. Both brothers were brought to the Magistrate's Court this morning. Dunesh Priyashantha, alias Kondaya, was remanded till today when he was produced at the Magistrate's Court after his arrest. His brother was arrested last week and was kept under detention orders.
