Clean-up activities took place near the Ramboda tunnel in Kotmale yesterday (Dec 5).
The exercise had taken place as a part of a series of similar campaigns initiated across the country upon the directives of President Gotabaya Rajapaksa.
The clean-up drive had been spearheaded by the Police and the divisional secretariat office in the area.
Members of the Kotmale Pradeshiya Sabha and the general public also participated in the activity.
