Colombo - Hanwella road closures due to perahera
Traffic will be restricted along the Colombo - Hanwella road due to the Esala perahera of the Navagamuwa Pattini Devalaya, police said.
Accordingly, transportation would be restricted from 10 pm to 1 am today (Aug 17) and 10 am to 1 pm tomorrow along this road.
Police have requested the public to use alternative routes as the procession is expected to parade the streets during this time period.
