Constitutional Council approves new appointments to judiciary
The Constitutional Council which met at Parliament today approved the names of Chairman of Court of Appeal Yasantha Kodagoda to be appointed as a Supreme Court Judge and A.H.M Dhilip Nawaz to be appointed as the Chairman of the Court of Appeal.
Ealirer this week, Justice A.H.M.D Nawaz was appointed as the Acting President of Court of Appeal before President Gotabaya Rajapaksa at the Presidential Secretariat.
