Constitutional Council set to convene tomorrow
The Constitutional Council is scheduled to convene at the Parliamentary premises tomorrow (October 25) with Speaker Karu Jayasuriya in attendance.
Discussions will center around several issues including appointing new members to the National Police Commission.
Meanwhile, the former chairman of the NPC and several former members met with the Speaker yesterday (October 23).
