The COPE report on the Central Bank bond issue was presented to Parliament by the Chairman of the Committee On Public Enterprises (COPE) MP Sunil Handunnetti, a short while ago.

The COPE Chairman recommendedformer Governor of the Central Bank Arjuna Mahendran should be held responsible over the transaction and that legal action should be taken against him.
