The condition of all patients suffering from coronavirus now at the IDH are stable, Director General of Health Services Dr Anil Jasinghe said today.
Addressing a press conference he said that the number of confirmed coronavirus patients have gone up to 34 with the detection of six more patients.
The new patients include persons who returned from UK, Germany and Qatar. One of them is from Marawila and another from Kelaniya.
He said meanwhile the Welikanda hospital in the Polonnaruwa district is being taken over as a treatment centre for coronavirus patients.
