The verdict on the case pertaining to the failure of parliamentarian Johnston Fernando to disclosee his asset declaration for 2010 will be delivered by the Colombo Fort Magistrates Court on January 29.
The hearing on the case concluded a short while ago during which the complainant and the accused had provided written submissions before courts.
A case was filed by the Bribery Commission against MP Fernando alleging that he had failed to submit his asset declaration for 2010 at the Presidential Secretariat.
