With two more persons tested positive for novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) this afternoon, the total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Sri Lanka has increased to 106 while 237 persons are under observation at National Institute of Infectious Diseases (IDH), Health Promotion Bureau of Health Ministry said.
Four new cases were reported today alone. At least three patients are reportedly in critical condition at IDH hospital. Health Officials have identified Colombo, Gampaha and Kalutara as high risk areas for coronavirus.
As of now, six persons have been completely recovered from the contagious disease and discharged.
