IGP Pujith Jayasundara today (Dec 25) said that the number of cyber crimes have been on the rise in the recent past.
Mr. Jayasundara said that although there were a few cyber crimes reported in the past, the number of such crimes are reported to have gradually increased recently.
The IGP made these remarks while addressing an event held in Matara.
