The deadline to accept cash deposits for the presidential election ends at midnight tomorrow (Oct 5).
Election Commission (EC) Chairman Mahinda Deshapriya said that all presidential candidates have agreed to submit their asset declarations.
Nominations would be accepted between 9 am and 11 am on October 7 while objections to these nominations could be made between 9 am and 11:30 am, the EC said.
