A decisive meeting regarding lifting the ban on Srilankan fisheries products to European Union (EU) has been scheduled on April21, EU sources said.
A spokesperson from the office of Director General, Environment, Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of EU told the Sunday Times that EU will announce its next steps in this area on Thursday. However the implementation of the decision is likely to take time to rectified.
