Deleted recordings reveal Aloysius had inside info on Bond auctions

Call recordings which were deleted by Perpetual Treasuries Chief Dealer Nuwan Salgodo reveal that Arjun Aloysius had given inside information to Perpetual Treasuries Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Kasun Palisena regarding Bond auctions. This came to light when recordings of phone conversations between Palisena and Aloysius were played before the Commission of Inquiry into the Central Bank Treasury Bond Issue. 

Meanwhile, Perpetual Chief Dealer Nuwan Salgado informed the Commission today that he now fears for his own safety and the safety of his family.

The Commission then instructed that special security be given to Salgodo.
