DMC says that spill gates of Victoria and Thabbowa dams reaching spill level
The Disaster Management Centre reported that the spill gates of the Victoria and Thabbowa dams have been opened due to incessant rains.
Accordingly, the Mahaweli Development Authority requested those living within the vicinity of the Randenigala and Rantambe reservoirs to be vigilant.
