Update : Eight persons including maths tutor Dinesh Nuwan Amaratunga have been remanded until August 5 over a recent assault by the Attanagalle Magistrate’s court today.
Eight persons including maths tutor Dinesh Nuwan Amaratunga are to be produced before the Attanagalle Magistrate’s court today (Jul 29) over a recent incident of assault.
Among the suspects include the bodyguards of the teacher who have been accused of assaulting a van driver after overtaking the vehicle along the Kandy road in Kalagedihena this month.
The suspects had been remanded until today after being produced before court on July 22.
