Eight provincial schools have been declared as national schools in the country, the Education Ministry said in a statement today (Oct 14), bringing the total number of national schools upto 370.
These schools are;
The Education Ministry said that these schools had met the requirements to be established as national schools.
Any academic or non-academic staffer in these schools who are in disagreement of this decision will be able to join the provincial public service work force after a service period of three years, the Ministry said in its statement.
