Elections Commission to receive 15 new vehicles
The Elections Commission will receive 15 new vehicles in order to prepare for the upcoming elections.
Cabinet approval had been granted to this effect yesterday (Jul 30).
Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe had tabled a proposal suggesting the purchase of 14 double cab vehicles and a van for election-related activities.
