Elpitiya PS poll result expected to be released at 10 pm
The result of the Elpitiya Pradeshiya Sabha election is expected to be released at 10 pm today (Oct 11), Election Commission Chairman Mahinda Deshapriya said.
Speaking to reporters at Elpitiya, Deshapriya observed that no incidents of violence have been reported so far and that no room would be allowed for such incidents to take place.
Voting got underway at 7 am and will go on until 4 pm.
