All events which include public gatherings have been banned with immediate effect, government announced.
Public gatherings such as exhibitions, large conferences, parties, indoor and outdoor events, carnivals musical shows, processions, (Including religious) should not be conducted anywhere in the country until further notice, it said.
Further information regarding public activities and work settings will be available in the time line updated for the period up to 31October (subject to revision pending COVID -19 transmission situation).
