The technical failure in the second unit of the Norochcholai power plant has been restored and officials expect to operate with an uninterrupted power supply from tomorrow (Mar 20).
Further, 270 megawatts of electricity are to be contributed to the power grid thereby preventing the occurence of intermittent power failures across the country.
Several areas across the country had faced power outages as a result of the technical glitch at the power plant since yesterday.
